A UserID and password allow current taste testers to log on to our site and answer screening questions for some of our in-person taste tests, and then schedule appointments for tests you qualify for. You can also view any tests you are currently scheduled for, cancel or change upcoming appointments, and update your contact information.

We will locate you in our database and email you your UserID and password, as well as instructions for using our online site.
If you are under the age of 18, please be aware that we will contact your parent/guardian by PHONE when we have a taste test for your age group. Feel free to fill out this form to insure we have your correct information, but be aware that we will NOT be contacting you by email until you reach the age of 18. Thank you for your understanding!
